Star Nostril Screw

This design was made for Christina Aguilera for the cover of her new CD 'STRIPPED'. It has two medium stars joined together to make one big, chunky Nostril Screw and has a 1.5mm Diamond in the centre. Christina Aguilera chose 14K only, but it's also available in 18K & Platinum.
